Is your branding costing you clients?

So, you provide a wonderful customer experience - great! Does your branding make this obvious to potential clients?

… no?

That’s what I’m here for.

Hi! I’m Iona

I’m a designer, dancer, coach, and frequent embarker of creative side quests. Fundamentally, I love things that are both beautiful and useful, which is why branding is wonderful.

As a brand, connecting with people is at the heart of everything you do. Your branding is the door to these connections. Your image, the way you visually represent your business, is the key factor as to whether that door is opened or not.

I help you unlock this door.

Consider this for a second…

Was your current branding crafted around your customer’s needs, desires, and experiences, or was it just what looked good at the time?

We all grow attached to our original branding, but if it’s not representative of your customer journey, it’s not just misaligned; it’s actively costing you clients and revenue.

Customer-focused design puts your clients at the heart of your business, fuelling your growth and success by compelling them to invest in and choose YOU over your competitors.

My approach

A good dining experience isn’t just about the taste of the food - the lighting, acoustics, music, presentation, interior design, service, and company all play a part.

My holistic, customer-focused design approach applies this to branding, integrating the way you want your customers to feel into your branding as a whole.

The result is authentic, relatable branding that encourages stronger connections, loyalty, and increased spending.

FAQs

  • This can vary depending on my availability and how fast designs are approved; but for a simple branding package the average timeline is 2 weeks.

  • Brand guidelines are a document that tell you how to use your logo and branding so it looks cohesive and is used how it was designed.

If you ever get anything designed by someone else and they need to use your branding, you'll send them your guidelines so that your brand is always represented in the right way to the correct standard.

Here's an example of what you might find in the document:

  • As stated in the design process section, any project begins with a free initial consultation.

When you decide to move forwards and begin the project, I will send you a contract to sign and you'll have two payment choices:

    • Option 1 - 50% upfront and 50% post-approval, before receiving deliverables.

    • Option 2 - Complete upfront payment.

In the case of a large scale project / special circumstances, we will discuss a bespoke pricing plan.

To protect myself and respect the work, I always require some payment before beginning any project. Once all final designs have been approved, I will send packaged deliverables after receiving complete payment.

  • This is a video or voice call where we will discuss your project, goals, and expectations. This isn't just for me to see if I can take on your project, this is also for you to decide if I'm the right designer for you.

There is no obligation to begin a project with me from an initial consultation. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable, confident, and happy with working with me to make your ideas become a reality.

It would be great if you came prepared with an idea of:

    • What you want designed.

    • Who your customers/ideal clients are. (e.g. their needs, the demographic).

    • Your expectations for the project and the outcomes.

    • If you already have ideas, notes, a moodboard of what you want your design to look like, feel free to bring them as I'd love to see your vision.

    • An open mind - I may show you a design perspective you haven't considered.

    • Your budget

  • I began freelancing in 2018.

I have three A levels in graphic design, photography, and media studies - all A*.
