  • This can vary depending on my availability and how fast designs are approved; but for a simple branding package the average timeline is 2 weeks.

  • Brand guidelines are a document that tell you how to use your logo and branding so it looks cohesive and is used how it was designed.

  • As stated in the design process section, any project begins with a free initial consultation.

When you decide to move forwards and begin the project, I will send you a contract to sign and you'll have two payment choices:

    • Option 1 - 50% upfront and 50% post-approval, before receiving deliverables.

    • Option 2 - Complete upfront payment.

In the case of a large scale project / special circumstances, we will discuss a bespoke pricing plan.

There is no obligation to begin a project with me from an initial consultation. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable, confident, and happy with working with me to make your ideas become a reality.

    • If you already have ideas, notes, a moodboard of what you want your design to look like, feel free to bring them as I'd love to see your vision.

    • An open mind - I may show you a design perspective you haven't considered.

    • Your budget.
